ACE Human Experience
Evaluates tenant’s needs based on an in-depth study of the space users’ experience.
We will ensure to identify what is important from the space users’ perspective and what are the key metrics from your perspective. We will help you to measure NPS and other indicators of general satisfaction.
To gather information we use detailed questionnaires developed by psychologists and workplace experts. On this basis, we prepare an analysis of satisfaction, customer experience and wellbeing. And by using building data, such as access control,
wi-fi and sensors, we analyse activity within the building, gas, water and electricity consumption, and help evaluate the quality of the working environment by assessing air quality, humidity and CO2 levels.
ACE Sustainability & Portfolio
Analyses across your entire property portfolio to highlight opportunities for change and provide information about key metrics such as space expiry dates, market rent, future cost, agility ratio, cost per person etc. The ACE Platform provides dashboard reporting and analysis of your portfolio – globally, regionally, by city and right down to building level.
We also provide a focus on sustainability allowing you to monitor consumption of water, gas and electricity and calculate your properties’ carbon footprint as businesses strive to meet to Net Zero targets.
We can measure the activities of space users, analyse their experience and wellbeing. In addition we monitor the electricity and water consumption in sustainability review. All those information we combined into a Buzz Score review which enable you to analyse combination of all factors for each property separately.
